Overview
I-Run Goa Marathon takes over on 5th.January.2025 ,Sunday. The 6th edition has been officially announced for 2025 and the event is gearing to light up Goa into a grand spectacle, like never seen before. The participants, volunteers, and spectators have been awaiting the event for one years, and the event now returns with a best-in-class experience.
IRGM is where people celebrate their fitness, and come together to experience the joy of crossing the finish line with greater satisfaction and renewed purpose.

I-Help Outreach
Reaching out to underprivileged sections of society, orphanages, and lodge homes across Goa, we provide essential necessities to meet their day-to-day needs. Our mission is to bring joy, happiness, and activity into their lives through various social rejuvenating activities.
I-Help Educare
I-Educare is a non-profit initiative committed to empowering underprivileged children in Goa, India, by providing them with quality education and educational opportunities. Our mission is to enhance the level of education and literacy in rural and marginalized areas of Goa.
I-Help Warriors
The “I-Help Warriors” is an initiative taken by I-Help Foundation Goa, a self-defense training program designed specifically for girls, empowering them to protect themselves and build confidence. This program offers comprehensive training sessions, covering techniques in physical defense, awareness, and personal safety strategies. Our goal is to train as many as girls every year, with each session led by certified instructors and experienced martial artists.By fostering a safe and supportive environment, “I-Help Warriors” equips girls with the skills they need to navigate the world with confidence and resilience. Join us in empowering the next generation of strong, self-assured young women.
I-Help Clean Goa
I Help Clean Goa is an environmental initiative by I Help Foundation Goa aimed at promoting cleanliness and sustainability across the state. This program focuses on organizing clean-up drives, waste management awareness campaigns, and encouraging eco-friendly practices within local communities.I Help Clean Goa strives to create a cleaner, greener, and healthier environment, fostering a culture of responsibility and respect towards nature.
I-Help School Kit Donation
The “I-Help School Kit Donation Drive” by I-Help Foundation Goa is a community initiative dedicated to providing essential educational supplies to underprivileged students. Our goal is to assemble and distribute school kits to the needy kids across Goa, each containing a backpack, notebooks, pens, pencils, and other vital materials. With the support of over 100 volunteers, we collect donations from local businesses and individuals. Every contribution helps ensure that every child has the tools they need to succeed in school, fostering a sense of community and support for those in need.
I-Help Blood Donation Camps
The “I-Help Blood Donation Camps” initiative is focused on saving lives by organizing regular blood donation drives in our community. Each camp aims to collect at least 120-150 units of blood, helping local hospitals meet their urgent needs. With the support of over I-Help volunteers and partnerships with regional blood banks, we ensure a smooth and safe donation process. Last year, we successfully organized 25+ camps, collecting more than 1,200 units, which directly benefited countless patients in need. By participating in this initiative, you can make a vital difference and contribute to a healthier community. Join us in our mission to save lives through the gift of blood.
I-Help Tree Plantation
I-Help Covid Care
During COVID first wave, I-Help Foundation Goa reached out to 50,000+ families with dry ration and hygiene kits, meeting the urgent needs of people on the ground across Goa state. To ensure everyone gets food and basic amenities during the pandemic, I-Help Foundation Goa distributed 35000+ covid kits & dry rations among the people in need.
I-Run Goa Marathon
I-Run Goa Marathon is an annual Run for cause marathon event organized by I-Help Foundation Goa to support the causes and initiatives which are undertaken by the Foundation and also to promote Good health and fitness among the individuals. I-Run is a living, thriving model of how running can transform individuals and, in turns, entire communities.
