Start from: Goa University Parking Ground, Next to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Taleigao, Goa.

- 32 KM Timed Run: Below 45 / Above 45
- 21 KM Timed Run: Below 45 / Above 45
- 10 KM Timed Run: Below 45 / Above 45
- 5 KM Timed Run: Below 45 / Above 45
- 5 KM Fun Run: Open to all
- 2 KM Charity Run: Open to all
Registration Start Date: 6th September 2025
Registration End Date: 30th December 2025 or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

Information
The 2 KM Charity Run & 5 KM Fun Run – A Carnival of Fun, Fitness & Festivity!
Since this is a participative, non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; thereby we will not be able to issue any timing certificates for this category.
Minimum age eligibility to apply for the Fun Run category: Open to all (parental consent required for minors).
The Fun Run category is a participative, enjoyable run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category.

Participants are requested to collect their running bibs from the Goa University Parking Ground, next to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Taleigao, Goa, on 2nd and 3rd January. Kindly ensure that the bibs are collected within these dates as they are mandatory for participation in the event..
All finishers will receive a finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be couriered). Participation certificates will be available for download from our official timing partner 7 working days after race day.

Important Notes
- Registration closes a few days before the event or when slots are full.
- Ensure payment details are correct to avoid delays in confirmation.

Application Guidelines
- Participants must read all instructions before applying.
- Each participant can register for only one race category:
- Registration is online & offline.

Group Registration
- Applicable for all the race categories.
- Minimum 10 participants per group.
- All group members must meet the minimum age eligibility.
Eligibility & Application Requirements
Before submitting, ensure:
- All mandatory fields (*) are filled.
- Required entry fees are paid.
- Agreement to waiver, consent, and entry rules.
- Recent photograph and government ID uploaded.

ID Verification:
- Indians: Aadhaar or PAN OTP verification.
- Overseas: Passport verification.
- Middle names are used for verification only, not displayed on bibs.
Application Confirmation
- Confirmation is for the race category applied for only.
- Details cannot be changed after submission; corrections require email to organizers.
- 32k Half Marathon, and 10K & 5k Timed Run runners will be classified by age group for awards.
Charity & Fundraising Opportunities

Race Category Upgrade/Downgrade
- Half Marathon ↔ Marathon upgrades allowed till 28 Nov 2025.
- Registration for new category must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation.

Bib Collection – No bib, No Race!
- Dates: 2nd January & 3rd January 2026
- Mandatory for all Race categories.
- Required documents: Aplication confirmation + Govt-approved photo ID.
- Representatives may collect bibs for one participant only, unless group authorization is provided.
- Bibs will not be mailed.
Refund & Entry Rejection Policy
- No refunds for non-participation or bib surrender.
- Rejected entries: Fees refunded minus ₹200 processing charges by 25th December 2026.
- Unauthorized use of group codes: Entry denied, no bib issued.
Entry Deferment
- Event cancellation: Entry carried forward to the next edition without extra fee.
Additional Guidelines
- Donations or merchandise payments non-refundable.
- Identity verification may be conducted; discrepancies can result in disqualification.
- Race day: Participants must wear assigned bibs; non-compliance may result in disqualification.
- Event recordings/photos: For personal use only; commercial use not allowed.
- Brand promotion: Allowed only for event sponsors/partners.
- Organizers may amend terms anytime without notice.
